As the marketing landscape continues to evolve, the challenges of measuring our performance and integrating our efforts (while navigating changing privacy laws) continues to perplex marketers. We knew that traditional methods like MMM and MTA weren’t making the cut. MMM was too slow, MTA too narrow. Instead, we set out to create a SaaS platform that addresses the challenge of media measurement and attribution, and offers a new solution: a tool to proactively--and strategically--plan for the future.

To measure performance, Mevo is flexible by design, combining customer data at any level of granularity with sophisticated artificial intelligence to predict person-level results, without the need for person-level data. For quick and granular insights, Mevo’s Insights App unearths customer journey, conversion, and KPI metrics by media type and demographics. And finally, to improve future marketing plans, Mevo’s Scenario Planner combines your unique data with machine learning algorithms to eliminate waste from marketing budgets–helping our customers improve their ROI by 10-15% year over year.

Leadership Team

Andy Frawley CEO

Andy is a seasoned C-level executive with over 30 years of operating experience, including more than twenty-five years in senior management roles. He has led large-scale organizations such as Epsilon, as well as early and growth stage companies such as Exchange Applications, V12, and ClickSquared. He has helped transform multiple businesses from service-led to SaaS models.  Andy holds a M.B.A. from Babson College, with a concentration in Computer Science and a B.S. in Finance from the University of Maine.

John Roberts CFO

John is a highly accomplished CFO with over 25 years of financial and operational experience. He is a former partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers and has held the CFO role at Razorfish, Right Media and DHI Group among others. John has been a key leader in overseeing multiple billions of dollars of financings, public offerings including an IPO, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures creating significant shareholder value. John holds a B.S. in Accounting from Boston College.

John Matthews President and CCO

John knows finance, marketing and technology.  Prior to Marketing Evolution, he headed up finance for a $2.5 billion region of Comcast. John has been deeply involved in marketing as a marketing strategy consultant and as a professor of marketing.  John holds a doctorate in business administration from Harvard Business School. His research on how to best involve customers in software product development won awards from HBS, the Marketing Science Institute and the Institute for the Study of Business Markets. 

Stephen Williams CTO

Stephen is Chief Technology and Data Officer at Marketing Evolution with responsibility for product development, engineering, and global data strategy. He brings over 15 years of experience in product management, technical leadership, and operations to the role. He is well versed on the challenges facing modern marketers in the changing privacy landscape and diligently works to alleviate pain points through technology. Stephen holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Winston Bradley SVP of Operations and Research Analytics

Winston Bradley is Senior VP of Operations and Research Analytics leading Solutions Design, Implementation, Operations and Research teams. He has built experience working on both the customer and vendor side of the business, and his subject matter expertise ensures the best product implementation design to achieve the customers' objectives. Winston holds a B.S. in Finance and a M.A. in Economics from the University of Alabama with focus in econometrics and portfolio analysis.

Mark Aronoff SVP of Sales and Growth

Mark is a veteran sales and marketing executive with over twenty years of history driving growth and innovation in helping customers achieve success. Mark is responsible for acquiring new customers and demand generation while overseeing the sales team. Mark brings his winning mindset from the 4 SaaS companies he's led to exit including stints at Pathmatics, Convertro, and LowerMyBills.com. Mark resides in Venice, CA with his wife, son and dog and you can find him roaming Zuma beach or Dodger Stadium in his spare time.

Sarah Fleishman VP of Marketing

Sarah has spent over a decade transforming technology companies into one-of-a-kind brands. With experience across corporate branding, product marketing, and demand generation, Sarah's thoughtful and strategic creativity has helped businesses build awareness, drive growth and exceed their revenue goals. Sarah enjoyed more than two decades as a competitive figure skater and holds a BA in Sociology with highest honors from the University of California, Berkeley.

Basil Fraysse VP of Product

Basil is a product leader focused on building applications that combine human know-how and machine intelligence, enabling business leaders to make better decisions, faster. He has a background in economics and analytics, with experience in marketing, supply chain, and business consulting. A lifelong Californian, Basil has a BA in Economics from UC Berkeley, an MA in Economics from UCSB, and a cat named Chauncey Billups.
